Mr. Webb has served across a wide array of industries including industrial and consumer manufacturing products, petroleum and chemical processing, natural repellents, electronic signage, cosmetics manufacturing, industrial research and development, polymer emulsion coating and warehouse and national distribution operations.

Serving as a Senior Consultant for Restructuring Advisors, Mr. Webb’s core competencies include driving financial and operating performance improvement and providing restructuring and bankruptcy advisory services. Prior to affiliating with Restructuring Advisors, Mr. Webb was the founder of Robert L. Webb & Associates where he was responsible for financial and manufacturing operational optimization engagements, including turnarounds, assessments, advisory and rapid improvement initiatives, as well as business development, staff recruiting, project management and leading key client engagements.

Representative examples of Mr. Webb’s work includes serving as the Interim CFO during a turnaround of a national contract cosmetics manufacturer, where he achieved an 8.5% gross margin improvement, stabilized cash flow and prevented insolvency. Also during his tenure, Mr. Webb discovered and corrected $6MM financial statement misstatements in a family-owned business and improved cash flow and banking relationships that allowed the Company to remain in business. Mr. Webb also negotiated with the supply chain to improve working capital and maintain delivery schedules.

Also serving as a CFO, Mr. Webb performed an assessment and viability study on a Tier 1 Automotive supplier in forbearance with a national bank. He completed operational and financial assessments, including a 13 week cash flow projection model and integrated it into enterprise resource planning (ERP). Mr. Webb proved that the core business was profitable and the Bank chose to extend forbearance to allow the Company to refinance with local lenders. Working capital improvements that was identified was $1.3MM.

Serving as a Vice President of Operations, Mr. Webb was hired to manage and expand a national manufacturing and distribution business where he was offered a CFO position, but respectfully declined and was elected to serve as an on- site manufacturing Chief Restructuring Officer where he successfully integrated four new manufacturing acquisitions. Mr. Webb integrated a company acquisition into the new parent company’s manufacturing operations, all within 120 days. At the time of Mr. Webb’s tenancy, the company was the largest bankruptcy in Rhode Island.

Mr. Webb has also served as a CFO for Fi-Shock, Inc., where he was responsible for developing and implementing long- term turnaround and growth strategies for a national family- owned manufacturer. Mr. Webb selected, acquired, financed and installed manufacturing equipment to meet increased client needs. Mr. Webb improved operating income from break even to 12%, and negotiated all cash sales of the Company at 9.2x EBITDA to large consumer products manufacturer and distributor

Mr. Webb earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
